A Revolutionary New Approach in Acoustic Foam Design

For audio professionals looking for aesthetic alternatives to acoustical absorption treatments, Auralex AudioTile™ ShockWave panels deliver maximum broadband absorption for a pleasing, well-controlled sound that isn't too dry. Unlike traditional products, the patent-pending AudioTile offers unlimited design possibilities for one-of-a-kind personalization and a custom-designed look (see the Design Gallery for ideas).

  • Maximum Broadband Absorption: 0.81 absorption coefficient @ 125 Hz. Max. NRC = 1.00 to 1.05 depending on installation
  • Varying Thicknesses: Foam thicknesses from 1" to 4" are built into each pattern providing varying degrees of absorption at varying frequencies. Greater thicknesses can be achieved with alternative layouts.
  • Unlimited Tessellation Design Patterns: Allows a unique means of blending absorption, diffusion and reflection.
  • Easy Installation: Mount using Foamtak spray adhesive.

Auralex Audio TileEach panel is 1/2 of a 1'x1' tile cut diagonally on an S-curve. Each box of 24 panels includes 6 tiles of each of 4 different shapes/thicknesses.
